The Valley Bank project, located in Melbourne, Florida, consisted of a complete interior renovation of an existing business occupancy space. The scope of work included the construction of new interior glass office partitions, custom architectural millwork, glass storefront systems, specialty ceilings, and high-end finishes—including herringbone-patterned flooring throughout key public areas.

The project also required detailed coordination and integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and security systems to deliver a fully operational, code-compliant banking environment tailored to the client’s brand standards.
